About Egon Schiele
Egon Schiele (1890–1918) was an Austrian painter and draftsman and an important representative of Expressionism. He was influenced by Gustav Klimt but developed his own visual language early on. His portraits, self-portraits, and figure studies stand out for their expressive contours and psychological intensity, while his cityscapes and landscapes show another side of his artistry.
A special choice for lovers of expressionist art who want to combine the year with character, imagination, and clear planning.
