Teachers' planner 2026–2027
A teachers' planner is not an ordinary planner: you schedule by lesson period, keep grade sheets and class lists, and work with a school year that starts in August. At Kalenderwinkel you'll find 14 teachers' planners for 2026–2027 in A4 and A5, from Athena and Artemis to De Hobbit and Loesje.
Choose by size and layout
- A4 teachers' planner — the most popular version: a full lesson week in a weekly overview, ample note pages and enough width for a grade sheet per class. Ideal if the planner stays on your desk or in the staff room.
- A5 teachers' planner — more compact, fits in any bag. Convenient if you move between classrooms or schools.
- Ring binder — add or swap pages per term, useful for changing timetables.
What belongs in a teachers' planner
- Weekly overview by lesson period, with space for private and work appointments
- Grade sheets and class lists or pupil lists
- Year plan with school holidays per region, study days and public holidays
- Space for report meetings, excursions and parent-teacher meetings
- Note pages, address pages and often a plastic sleeve
For which education levels?
Primary, secondary and MBO/HBO (vocational/higher professional education) follow different rhythms. Primary school teachers plan by half-day and by group; secondary school teachers plan by lesson period and by class. Our collection includes editions for primary and secondary education — check the practical layout in the product photos. A paper teachers' planner works well alongside a digital calendar: structure and overview on paper, the official timetable digitally.
Brands and editions
Athena and Artemis (classic, sturdy), De Hobbit teachers' planners and bundles (also A4 suede-look), Loesje teachers' planner (designed with teachers, suitable for all education types) and Bekking & Blitz. Sometimes a limited edition or special edition appears; these are available in limited numbers and are usually sold out before summer.
User experiences
Each teachers' planner has customer reviews from teachers: about the clear layout, paper quality and whether the planner lasts a whole school year. Read the user experiences on the product page before you choose.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a docentenagenda and a lerarenagenda?
None — they are two words for the same product. "Docentenagenda" is used more often in secondary education, while "lerarenagenda" and "leerkrachtagenda" are used more in primary education.
Which size do teachers usually choose?
A4. The weekly overview is then wide enough for a full lesson week plus grade sheet. A5 is chosen by teachers who travel a lot between locations.
When will the 26/27 teachers' planner be available?
From late spring. In July and August the popular A4 editions are often sold out, so order in May or June.
Is there a planner specifically for primary education?
Yes — these are organized by half-day and by group instead of by lesson period, with space for group overviews.
